Fioretto, is a delicious new cauliflower variety. The florets appear atop the vegetable’s stick-like stalks, which are sweet, mildly grassy, tender and do not need to be peeled.

Fioretto can be enjoyed raw, roasted, sautéed or stir-fried for a quick side dish.

Top Fioretto with our delicious and easy to use Hollandaise Sauce. They are the perfect compliment to steak, seafood and salads!

Roast a batch with some curry powder, Melissa's Steamed Garbanzo Beans, Seedless Raisins, and cashews. Toss together for an elegant vegetarian meal. Serve with plain yogurt and mango chutney.

Roast, then use them in Fioretto Vegetarian Nachos! Melt your favorite cheese on tortilla chips, then add Roasted Fioretto, Roasted Veggie Sweet Peppers, Steamed Six Bean Medley, Organic Avocado, Tomatoes, and Jalapeno. Top with sour cream and enjoy!
